Ktm Hydraulic Clutch Not Disengaging. This started yesterday after i took the clutch cover off to. After cleaning all the parts replacing everything back in its place, its now seems that my clutch will not work. If the situation does not change from changing to mineral transmission oil (or automatic transmission fluid as per augie's recommendation) then you might have a worn. When the clutch is pulled in all the way it doesn't. As you say, does appear to be functioning ok from master cylinder/ hydraulic point of view. Replaced clutch pack, slave cylinder and have bled it many many times. It has no tension in in. Slave is working , no leaking. 2014 65 clutch won’t completely disengage. The hydraulic clutch won't fully disengage when i pull the lever in. This doesn't mean that the plates. Last week i picked up a 2011 105sx. The hydraulic clutch is new to me. The issue i am having is that my clutch wont engage, to be more specific, when the bike is warm or cold, i will grab the clutch while the bike idles and as soon as i click. Right side case cover taken off , plates are actuating in and out with the lever.
